Returns

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Custom and personalised tumblers cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
